About the Opportunity

Were looking for an AI Engineer whos obsessed with building intelligent systems that interact, think, and learn like humans. You'll work across the entire AI life cycle data acquisition, model development, real-time inference, and user-facing AI agents. You'll help design new architectures for LLMs and multimodal systems, build production-ready agent tools, and collaborate directly with customers to translate real-world challenges into product breakthroughs.

What Youll Do

• Build, deploy, and optimize AI/LLM systems in production.

• Design intelligent agents and applied AI pipelines that interact with real-world data.

• Work hands-on with eval frameworks, agent tooling, and prompt engineering.

• Develop search and retrieval tools for unstructured and audio-based data.

• Collaborate closely with product and customer teams to build AI systems that solve real, human problems.

• Shape the foundations of a next-generation AI stack and contribute to new techniques, tooling, and models.

Who You Are

• 1+ years of full-time experience in software engineering with strong exposure to applied AI or LLM agents.

• Proven experience deploying AI/LLM systems in production.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with modern AI tools and frameworks.

• Experience with eval frameworks, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, or search-related LLM work .

• Curious, customer-obsessed, and deeply motivated to solve real-world problems.

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity environments and embraces failure as a learning opportunity.

• Excited to work in person in NYC and engage directly with customers.
