WHITE PLAINS, NY (IN OFFICE ONLY)

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor degree in Accounting
• Prior office work experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and administrative tasks while balancing time-sensitive and urgent requests to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Perform routine accounting procedures efficiently and accurately, including data entry, reconciliations, and validations.
• Maintain strong time-management skills to prioritize workload and support timely completion of accounting functions.
• Support departmental productivity goals by meeting established turnaround times and accuracy standards.
• Participate in departmental quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate and compile financial and operational data from multiple sources, verifying accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
