US Medical Staffing has multiple LPN openings across Long Island. Whether you want a steady full-time case, weekend shifts only, or per diem flexibility, we have something that fits.

We work with school districts, care facilities, and 1:1 cases throughout Nassau and Suffolk. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll match you to the right assignment.

Current Openings Include

• Full-time school cases (M-F) - 1:1 assignments with students, daytime hours, summers off potential
• 1:1 medically fragile cases - includes feeding tubes, diabetic management, and transportation cases
• Weekend shifts at a skilled care facility - 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a available (Farmingdale, NY)
• Per diem school office coverage - pick your own shifts across Nassau/Suffolk districts
• Bus/transportation nursing - ride with the student to and from school

Pay Ranges

• LPN per diem: $35 - $42/hour
• LPN full-time school cases: $31 - $40/hour (varies by case complexity)
• LPN bus/transportation: $35/hour
• LPN care facility shifts: $36 - $38/hour

Requirements

• Active New York State LPN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to pass NYS DOE fingerprinting (for school cases)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong assessment and documentation skills

Helpful Experience

• Pediatric or school nursing
• 1:1 medically fragile cases
• Feeding tube and trach experience
• Skilled nursing facility experience
• Sigma care (for facility roles)
