Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Marketplace Search to lead our dynamic team of Account Managers and drive success in our middle and growth client tiers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record of delivering results in the e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and mentor Account Managers to ensure they possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles and advance their careers.
• Provide guidance and support to Team Supervisors in challenging Account Managers to grow their accounts and deliver actionable feedback.
• Address client issues for middle and growth client tiers in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and manage established team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting insights to the Director team using internal dashboards.
• Deliver ongoing training to Account Managers based on insights and resources provided by Amazon.
• Act as a point of escalation for key accounts, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Director team on larger team initiatives to drive organizational growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and marketplace optimization.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central platforms.
• 2 years of management experience, with a proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Amazon International operations is a plus.
