Position Overview

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide one-on-one, in-home care to clients in Scarsdale and nearby Westchester areas. This per diem role is ideal for HHAs seeking steady work, flexibility, and a professional agency that truly supports caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily hygiene

• Provide medication reminders

• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Promote safety, dignity, and independence

Requirements

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years

• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
