Job Description
Role Summary:
The Human Resources Operations Analyst will have the responsibility for assisting with the administration and implementation of various Talent Management Solutions including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Background Checks, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Learning Management Systems. The Analyst will be expected to juggle multiple responsibilities and assist with project management activities while providing support across all businesses and divisions at NBCUniversal.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultant and provide positive customer service experience for all NBCUniversal business units as well as maintaining relationships on site and remote
- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective solutions and platforms that can be used to enhance the user experience and performance of Talent Management Systems
- Use project management skills in managing projects. May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative
- Continuously assist in root cause analysis and implementation of identified changes that may impact feeds, mapping, or workflows related to current Talent Management solutions in place
- Identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance processes, procedures
- Recommend and/or support process/customer service improvements
- Assist with management of the Talent Acquisition system and its associated and related modules
- Assist with management and audit of Background check system, integrations, policy, and processes
- Assist with management and the support of Onboarding and associated Federal I-9 activities
- Ability to meet Tier 1 and 2 Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Background Check and Federal I-9 escalated issues
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years experience working with HR Cloud Software solutions (SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Workday, Cornerstone, ADP, etc..) at a user or system administrator level
- Intermediate to Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for the purposes of data analysis or for designing or formatting training documents and reference materials
- Familiarity with system testing and change management
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload in a high-volume environment
- Must have a high level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel to other locations as needed
Desired Characteristics:
- HR-related and HR Systems experience
- Ability to quickly learn processes and systems (technologically savvy)
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Excellent presentation, collaboration, and verbal & written communication skills
- Proven ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative in a fast-past, ever-changing work environment
- Be familiar with the basics of Project Management
- Ability to ask questions with confidence, when needed
Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
