Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Quality Control Manager in partnership with a leading company in the Endicott area. The ideal candidate would have experience in Aerospace, medial and/ or military manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of QMS requirements inclusive of ISO9001 and / or AS9100.

Summary
Shifts: 1st
Salary: $75 - $90K

Sr. Quality Control Manager Job Duties

• Serve as the AS9100 QMR and the main liaison with external parties to resolve quality issues.
• Oversee the quality system, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 standards.
• Develop and implement the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Review and ensure customer requirements are met as needed.
• Coordinate and perform internal audits, identifying areas for improvement.
• Set standards and procedures for quality inspectors and operating staff.
• Establish and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
• Monitor performance by collecting relevant data and producing statistical reports.
• Maintain controls and documentation procedures for nonconforming products, corrective actions, and internal audits.
• Resolve quality issues with customers and suppliers as needed.
• Implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Work according to deadlines for the delivery of products.
• Provide regular updates to Senior Management on the performance of the Quality System.
• Monitor and report on quality system performance, ensuring deadlines for product delivery are met.

Sr. Quality Control Manager Qualifications and Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience
• Experience in aerospace, medical, or military manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of AS9100, ISO9001, and Quality Management Systems requirements.
• Proven ability to manage internal audits, quality documentation, and customer and supplier quality issues.
