Maitre D'/ Events & Admin Assistant
We are looking for a polished, highly organized individual to join our OPENING team as a Maitre d’ / Events & Admin Assistant . This hybrid role combines guest-facing service leadership with event coordination and administrative support. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
ResponsibilitiesGreet and seat guests, manage reservations, and oversee floor flow to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Support private dining and event coordination: assist with inquiries, proposals, client communication, and day-of execution.
Maintain organized records for reservations, events, and vendor contracts.
Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, and office organization.
Collaborate with service staff to uphold high standards of hospitality and efficiency.
Assist with basic marketing and communication tasks related to events and guest outreach.
Minimum 2 years hospitality experience; fine dining or high-volume preferred.
Event coordination and/or administrative experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy (Resy/Toast, Google Workspace, event software).
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
