Credit Genie is on a mission to empower our customers with financial stability and guidance. We believe Artificial Intelligence is the single most powerful tool to deepen that mission and redefine the future of fintech.

To lead the charge, we’re building the AI Boost Team - a dedicated, high-impact group tasked with accelerating Credit Genie's transformation into an AI-first organization.

This isn’t about incremental improvement. We’re targeting 10x output or 10x efficiency in our core processes. We’re looking for builders, innovators, and tinkerers who can turn ambitious ideas into tangible solutions—fundamentally reshaping how we work from the inside out.

The Role

We are hiring three AI Solutions Prototypers to form the core of our new AI Boost team. You are a technical expert with a builder mindset. Your mission is to rapidly design and build functional proofs-of-concept that demonstrate the "art of the possible" with AI.

You will embed directly with teams across our business—from Marketing and Product to Customer Service and Risk—to uncover their biggest pain points and opportunities. You won’t just brainstorm; you will build. Using low-code tools, APIs, and your own ingenuity, you will create working prototypes that make the potential of AI tangible, paving the way for company-wide adoption of transformative solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a lean "strike team" at the heart of our company's most critical strategic imperative: becoming a leader in the AI revolution.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business leaders to uncover high-impact AI use cases.

• Rapidly prototype and validate AI solutions—often within days, not weeks.

• GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.) to bring ideas to life. Note: we’re constantly evolving our toolbox, investing in the latest technologies.

• Evaluate third-party tools and hacks—choose speed over perfection.

• Hand off validated solutions to Engineering / AI teams for full implementation.

• Evangelize AI across the org: run demos, share learnings, and be the go-to internal expert on "what’s possible."

Who You Are

• You’re obsessed with AI. You stay plugged into the latest models, tools, and trends—experimenting with GPTs, building weekend projects, and exploring what’s possible.

• You’re a rapid builder. You move from idea to prototype in hours or days. You're scrappy and biased toward action.

• You have technical fluency. You know Python and SQL, and are comfortable reading and writing code—even if you’re not a full-time engineer.

• You’ve got a portfolio. Whether it’s personal projects, hackathons, or freelance gigs, you’ve shipped AI-enabled tools and can show your work.

• You learn fast. You're constantly evolving and aren’t afraid to jump into the unknown.

• You’re collaborative. You love talking to users, solving real problems, and iterating with feedback.

• You’re creative. You see unconventional solutions, think laterally, and love turning wild ideas into working demos.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total compensation and rewards package at Credit Genie. You may also be eligible to participate in the bonus and equity programs.
