Director, Solutions Specialist - Private Credit Workflow

Skills & Competencies
• Understanding of private credit markets, including lending structures, borrowing base calculations, fund finance, or credit risk workflows
• Proven experience in technical or solutions‑oriented sales, acting as a trusted advisor who translates client needs into scalable SaaS solutions
• Ability to design and lead technical workshops, clearly articulating current‑state workflows, proposed future‑state solutions, and quantified return on investment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and research teams
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex, multi‑product engagements across diverse client segments including banking, insurance, and asset management
• Familiarity with credit risk models, compliance engines, or financial analytics platforms
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required
ResponsibilitiesLead the technical sales cycle for complex SaaS solutions that improve efficiency and risk management for private credit market participants.
• Lead end‑to‑end technical sales engagements for SaaS‑based private credit solutions, serving as the primary solutions expert throughout the sales cycle
• Act as a translator between client needs and internal product and technology teams, ensuring proposed solutions align with client workflows and business objectives
• Design and deliver technical workshops and solution presentations, clearly documenting current‑state processes, proposed solutions, and expected business impact and return on investment
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Research teams to shape solutions across products including a CLO compliance engine, borrowing base and fund finance tools, and default risk models
• Support clients across banking, insurance, and asset management segments, adapting solutions to differing regulatory, operational, and investment requirements
• Contribute market feedback and client insights to inform product roadmap discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
Our Private Credit Workflow Specialist team is responsible for delivering integrated SaaS solutions that help private credit market participants manage risk, compliance, and operational efficiency. By joining this team, you will enable clients to streamline complex private credit workflows using industry‑leading analytics and technology, collaborate across Moody’s Analytics product, research, and engineering teams to deliver differentiated solutions, and contribute to impactful work supporting private credit participants globally within the Asset Management segment.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $135,700.00 - $196,750.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
