Project Manager
Our client is a digital agency seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee client projects from kickoff to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping teams on track.
You'll manage timelines, budgets, and resources while serving as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients.Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Track project budgets and flag potential overruns early
- Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, and retrospectives
- Coordinate with creative, development, and strategy teams
- Communicate project status and deliverables to clients
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably at an agency
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Monday, or Basecamp
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative workflows
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- PMP certification is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
