Shift & Schedule

• Shift: Day Shift
• Hours: 10 Hours per Shift
• Schedule: 4 Days per Week (Monday – Friday, flexible)
• Guaranteed: 40 Hours per Week
• On-Call: Required (Approx. 6 days/month, possible weekend call)

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy and well-established endoscopy unit. The role involves supporting multiple procedure rooms and working closely with surgeons and GI specialists in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with endoscopic procedures, including advanced cases
• Provide pre, intra, and post-procedure patient care
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes during procedures
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Experience in Endoscopy nursing
• ERCP experience (Mandatory)
• Ability to work flexible schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-volume endoscopy units
• Strong patient care and multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Facility Details

• 2 procedure rooms running daily
• Average 12–14 cases per room (up to 16 max)
• Team includes multiple general surgeons and GI specialists
• EMR Systems: Paragon, Pyxis
