Product management at Lyft leads the integration of engineering, data science, and design to achieve the company’s vision for reinventing transportation. We are looking for entrepreneurial and passionate Product Managers to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast paced company and industry.

To help accomplish this mission, the Product Manager, Matching and Fulfillment will:

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through optimization of our matching and fulfillment products and systems

  • Define short-term and long-term strategy to achieve those goals

  • Develop and own quarterly and yearly roadmaps and financial impact for your team

  • Write product requirements documents and review experiment design docs and technical specifications for your team’s projects

  • Ideate impactful projects, then break them down into MVP and further milestones to test and develop the hypothesis through fast experimentation, pivoting when the data hints

  • Work closely with partner teams to represent your team’s perspective on new initiatives, define requirements, and prioritize asks

  • Lead and align cross-functional partners and team: engineers, scientists, analysts, business partners, operations to drive a shared vision

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of product management experience
