Billing/Insurance Department Intern
Our busy speech therapy practice is looking for part-time, paid interns to support the billing/insurance department in our Stony Brook office! We offer a supportive workplace for interns to gain practical experience in a professional setting, flexible schedules, and potential opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the billing department with administrative tasks.
- Support daily office operations, including sorting mail, filing forms, scanning documents, shredding, etc.
Qualifications
- Meticulous and thorough work ethic
- Organized with exceptional time management skills
- Able to multitask with complete follow through
- Accurate data entry
- Good internet skills with knowledge of word and excel
