Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Manager for banking plays a strategic role in shaping how global marketing strategy is translated into regionally relevant demand generation (campaigns and events) in the Americas region. This role sits in the Banking DG and Field Marketing team, partnering closely with regional sales leaders and central event teams to ensure that messaging, programs, and campaigns resonate locally — supporting pipeline, brand visibility, and customer engagement without directly managing event execution.

  • Regional Strategy & GTM Alignment

    • Develop regional field marketing strategies that align with global segment priorities, sales needs, and marketing objectives
    • Localize global campaigns, messaging, and content to ensure relevance for customers, industries, and markets in the region
    • Provide insights from the region back into global teams to influence future content, messaging, and GTM motions
  • Campaign Enablement & Localization

    • Partner with product marketing and segment teams to ensure messaging accuracy and local market fit
    • Ensure presentations, case studies, event narratives, talk tracks, whitepapers, or short‑form materials resonate in the region
    • Support sales enablement with access to assets and materials tailored to priority sectors
    • Champion local customer advocacy and employee advocacy programs
  • Support Event Strategy

    • Collaborate with local event lead and central events teams to shape event strategy for the region, including themes, audience targeting, content direction, and speaker guidance
    • Provide regional insight to determine event selection, prioritization, and expected audience value
    • Ensure event content aligns with global narratives while remaining locally relevant
    • Support post‑event processes such as messaging for follow‑ups, content repurposing, and insights for future planning
  • Demand & Account Strategy Support

    • Support integrated marketing programs that activate demand in priority sectors or target accounts
    • Leverage 6Sense to guide ABM initiatives using localized customer insights, competitive intelligence, and messaging
    • Work closely with sales to align on pipeline gaps and influence marketing activities supporting high‑value opportunities
  • Lead Management & Pipeline Acceleration

    • Own lead flow execution including scoring, routing, and enrichment with Marketing Ops & Sales Ops
    • Ensure smooth lead progression from MQL → Opportunity
    • Influence and leverage nurture programs to improve lead velocity and pipeline quality
    • Support post‑event follow‑up including automated communications and nurture workflows
    • Manage lead capture, enrichment, routing, and triage from events for timely sales follow‑up
    • Orchestrate post‑event engagement journeys to drive lead progression
  • Stakeholder Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with product marketing, content & campaigns teams, and central events to align plans, messaging, and content
    • Serve as the regional marketing voice within global discussions, sharing insights and local requirements
    • Maintain strong relationships with regional sales leaders to drive alignment on priorities and outcomes
  • Measurement & Reporting

    • Monitor performance of campaigns and event strategies within territory
    • Provide regular reporting on marketing contributions to awareness, engagement, and influenced pipeline
    • Recommend adjustments to strategy based on data and market feedback
