Real African Hip Hop is a New York-based media agency and online platform dedicated to the preservation and global expansion of the four pillars of hip-hop: Rap, DJing, Graffiti, and Dance. We serve as a strategic bridge between hip-hop’s birthplace in NYC and the explosive talent across Africa, targeting international markets in North America, Europe, and the Caribbean.

The Opportunity

We are seeking two visionary Strategic Partners to join our board as Founding Shareholders. This is an invitation-only, high-level partnership role for individuals who possess a deep cultural connection to hip-hop and a high degree of professional business acumen.
As a Founding Shareholder, you will play a pivotal role in our 2026 Global Launch, specifically overseeing and expanding our footprint within the United Kingdom or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Provide executive-level guidance on the board to steer the RAHH 2026 milestones.
Regional Growth: Act as the primary cultural and business liaison for RAHH within your respective region (UK or Canada).
Operational Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality during the pre-launch phase and ensure all regional activities align with the RAHH mission of artist education and authentic preservation.

Partnership Structure

Equity Ownership: This is a Founding Shareholder position offering a direct equity stake in the company.
Capital Contribution: A small to medium investment is required as part of the founding partnership agreement.

Selection Criteria

Professional Expertise: A proven background in Media, Music Management, Business Development, or Community Leadership.
Cultural Alignment: A genuine connection to hip-hop culture and a commitment to its authentic, independent preservation.
Launch Readiness: Availability and capacity to meet the strategic milestones for our 2026 Global Launch.
