- Create prints and graphics through inspiring and highly creative research and ideas
- Ensure consistentalignmentwith design and brand vision
- Create CADs of prints for in-house presentations
- Create artwork appropriately for the product, color separate and prepare in the correct format depending on factory requirements
- Create digital and physical presentation boards for meetings and ensure work is kept up to date
- Work proactively according to development calendar to stay ahead of timelines
- Partner with cross-functional departments within design, product development, materials, merchandising, and legal teams
- Remain agile and adaptable, and available to support the wider Print Team when needed
- 1+ years of textile design work experience, in accessories &/or apparel market
- Degree inTextile Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Excellent hand sketching/painting and CAD skills
- Highly-developed taste level and excellent color sense
- Must be highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and relevant Adobe programs
- Good familiarity with trends, fashion and art history
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Understanding and enthusiasm for the Coach brand
