Business analyst
Job Description:Business Analyst positions offered by Citadel Americas Services LLC (NEW YORK, New York). Perform analysis and tool development for a variety of key Fixed Income & Macro business initiatives including business construction, risk/resource allocation, execution research, risk management, and performance attribution. Assist the FI&M CEO and COO in understanding the business' risk and performance across a range of metrics. Conduct financial, statistical, and industry analysis on companies to support the team's investment thesis. Assemble historical financial models using internal and external data, including SEC filings, company records, and public press releases. Research sector trends to support company and sector recommendations. Develop weekly and other frequency reports and presentations for client distribution.Minimum Requirements:Requires a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field. Education, training, or experience must include: Analyzing large data sets to derive relationships between volatility and implied risks across assets; Programming and scripting languages including Python or similar; Statistical techniques including mutli-variable regression, time series analysis, hypothesis testing, and p-values; Conducting quantitative analysis to support recommended investment strategies; and Machine Learning techniques; Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.*We are offering a salary range of $145,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year.Please submit resume and transcripts to [email protected].
