By joining our New York team of highway design professionals, we’ll rely on your expertise for all aspects associated with traffic engineering including, but not limited to, corridor studies, intersection capacity analysis, traffic simulation, Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT/MOT), transportation impact analysis, pedestrian and transit studies, traffic signal design, crash analysis, as well as signing and marking plans and other traffic engineering work associated with roadway and bridge projects to shape lasting solutions which will easy future commutes.

You’ll be able to showcase your skills with report generation on projects with multiple clients; DOTs throughout New York. We’ll provide you career growth by asking you to mentor less experienced teammates as well as work directly with clients. We want you to empower you to think beyond and innovate!

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.

• Substantial post graduate years of professional traffic engineering experience

• EIT preferred

• Demonstrated proficiency with traffic analysis software (Synchro/SimTraffic, VISSIM, CORSIM, HCS)

• Experience with design software (i.e., AutoCAD (Civil 3D), MicroStation, OpenRoads-SS4, etc.) and their application in roadway, highway, intersection and interchange design

85,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
