We are now seeking an exceptional Enterprise Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-level SaaS projects for our clients. This role goes beyond traditional project management—our ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in high-stakes, client-facing environments, and can orchestrate multiple stakeholders across global organizations to deliver flawless project execution.

Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for enterprise engagements, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client business objectives. You will be instrumental in driving adoption of Xtremepush at scale, creating lasting value for clients, and strengthening our reputation as a trusted partner in the sports betting & gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise client onboarding, ensuring delivery is in scope, on-time, and aligned with client objectives.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle, managing expectations, communication, and escalations.

Planning and Execution
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, balancing multiple workstreams across internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • Monitor and track progress using best-in-class project management methodologies, adapting as necessary to meet project goals.

Stakeholder Management
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, aligning project execution with business objectives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Risk & Issue Management
  • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation plans to prevent delays or failures.

  • Drive resolution of issues with urgency and transparency, escalating when necessary.

Process & Governance
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.

  • Track and report on project performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership and clients.

Client Success & Value Delivery
  • Translate client needs into actionable project requirements, ensuring outcomes deliver measurable business value.

  • Champion best practices in enterprise SaaS implementation, ensuring clients are set up for long-term success post-launch.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven enterprise experience: 5+ years of project management experience, including managing large-scale SaaS implementations for enterprise clients.

  • Methodology expertise: Deep understanding of project management methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches to project needs.

  • Client-facing excellence: Demonstrated success in managing C-level client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

  • Technical proficiency:  Strong grasp of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT environments.

  • Execution-driven: A track record of delivering complex, multi-phase projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong communication skills:  Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.

  • Toolset fluency: Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp.

  • Certification: At least one of PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is required.
