We’re seeking a confident, organized, and patient-focused team member to oversee multi-location scheduling, support front office operations, and help elevate our patient experience. ⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate patient scheduling across multiple locations , ensuring provider efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional patient service.
• Lead and support day-to-day front office operations, including check-in/check-out, documentation review, and workflow optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries—providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication regarding appointments, treatments, and financial policies.
• Collaborate closely with providers, treatment coordinators, and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior front office staff , fostering a strong team culture built on professionalism and outstanding service
• Implement and optimize scheduling strategies to maximize provider productivity while reducing patient wait times.

📌 Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in dental reception, front office administration, or a senior administrative role.
• Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, Eaglesoft , or similar systems.
• Strong leadership ability, with experience training, mentoring, or overseeing front office staff.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with confidence managing high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-centered approach.
