Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fishkill. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication expertise in both English and Spanish, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay rate is $17-$19 per hour. It is a temp-to-hire position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

»Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat

»Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

»Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

»Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

»Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members

»Continuously improve customer service expertise and expertise of products and services


Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative General Requirements:

»Fluent in both English and Spanish

»Minimum of 2 years of practice in customer service

»Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise

»Strong problem-solving abilities

» capability to work in a fast-paced environment

»Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
