What You'll Do:

• Operate bench- and floor-type machine tools, including lathes, mills, drills, punch presses, saws, shears, and power brakes.
• Set up machines and adjust operating parameters to meet production specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products using gauges, jigs, and fixtures to ensure close tolerance accuracy.
• Support production activities involving numerically controlled (NC/CNC) machinery when required.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain consistent product quality and output.
• Follow statistical process control (SPC) and other quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while meeting production goals.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in operating manufacturing machinery or production equipment.
