Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for an Associate Director of Supply Chain with a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5+ years of experience in supply chain management ( e.g. , sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and/or fulfillment), who is fueled by a passion for team success and continual improvement. Experience with supply chain in schooling organizations is preferred, but not required. Our ideal candidate has a creative, problem-solving mindset, disciplined focus on scalable processes, and interest in education.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead end-to-end strategic planning and design of scalable processes to support network-wide supply chain systems and execute against such strategy ( e.g. , RFPs, RFQs, inventory tracking, etc.)

• Lead and execute purchase of key material categories including academic materials, technology assets, furniture, and others

• Lead supplier sourcing, price and contract negotiation, and ongoing supplier management

• Manage inventory and movement of inventory across school and warehouse locations as well as the process of tracking and identifying merchandise throughout the entire network

• Develop written policies and procedures to improve efficiency in supply chain and ensure compliance throughout Zeta

• Continually drive down the cost of purchasing, distributing, and handling goods through process efficiency

• Manage cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful completion of large-scale projects

• Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are hiring for immediate openings and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
