Store Manager
- Own overall store performance, client experience, and achievement of sales targets.
- Lead the launch of the flagship location in close partnership with senior leadership.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the store team.
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain high standards across every customer touchpoint.
- Drive business across both men’s and women’s categories, with a focus on expanding the women’s business and positioning the store as a full lifestyle destination.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through targeted clienteling, CRM, and VIP initiatives.
- Oversee daily floor leadership, including KPI tracking, service standards, merchandising, window displays, events, and PR activations.
- Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams, sharing wholesale feedback, product insights, and local market intelligence.
- Plan and execute in-store events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Support the evolution of the flagship as a platform for long-term brand growth in the U.S. market.
- 5+ years of retail experience within premium or luxury lifestyle, fashion, footwear, or accessories brands.
- Proven track record managing or launching a flagship or high-profile retail location.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success driving women’s ready-to-wear, lifestyle, or elevated retail categories.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to coach and inspire diverse teams.
- High-touch clienteling expertise and a strong service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving brand priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a commercially minded, people-focused retail leader who is excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring energy, structure, and a strong sense of brand storytelling, while helping establish Le Monde Béryl’s first flagship as a benchmark for service, culture, and performance. Compensation: $80,000-$100,000/year + bonus structure + benefits. This is a full-time position. Please note that this actual base salary will depend on relevant skills and experience.
