Early Intervention (EI) Speech Language Pathologist (CCC SLP)

SLP Communication Foundations is looking for a Speech Language Therapist to provide SLP services to our EI populations! This Early Intervention position provides the ability for each CCC to create your own schedule with flexible hours. We are currently seeking a CCC SLP in the Goshen area. Potential to supervise CF SLPs a plus but not a requirement! Full time, part time and per diem opportunities available!

As a Speech Language Therapist with SLP Communication Foundations, you will have the opportunity to:

• Treat children between the ages of birth - 3 years old and/or preschool age populations
• Collaborate with case coordinators
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Train caregivers on strategies / activities to achieve goals for their children
• Work in partnership with a team of other caregivers

Requirements:

• Masters with degree in communication disorders / SLP program
• Current State Speech Licensure
• Driver’s License
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Goal oriented approach with ability to utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and utilize technology

Responsibilities:

• Provide Early Intervention speech and language services to children and their families in their home, daycare, community.
• Work closely with caregivers
• Prepare and submit daily session notes, progress notes, and other reports
