PR AND EVENTS ASSOCIATE

Compensation Range: $25 - 30 per hour


We are seeking a PR & Events Associate to help bring our brand to life through high-impact media engagement and experiential activations. Working closely with the Senior PR & Events Manager, you will be a key player in executing our branded events strategy and managing essential agency relationships to ensure seamless campaign delivery.


In this role, you will support the planning and coordination of everything from trade events to high-profile brand experiences. If you are a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating memorable brand moments, we want you on our team.



Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the PR strategy including campaign coordination, media outreach support, and performance tracking.
• Assist in managing the PR agency relationship, including briefing, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support in managing event agency, coordinating experiential marketing activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate and support PR campaigns and editor partnerships.
• Support the planning and execution of key branded events and activations, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
• Assist with trade shows and industry events across channels, ensuring strong brand representation and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR and event initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, media coverage, and event success metrics.
• Support development of recap reports and insights to inform future strategies.
• Assist in managing the PR & Events budget, including tracking expenses and supporting monthly reconciliation.
• Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, media landscape, and competitive activity.
• Ensure all PR and event executions are aligned with brand standards and global guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years Public Relations and event activation experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization preferred.
• Strong proficiency in PPT, Excel.
