Construction Project Manager

Cedar Park Group is hiring a Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in building methods and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Position Overview:
The Construction Project Manager will manage projects from planning through completion, coordinating with professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with regulations, budget constraints, and timelines. This role requires strong leadership, crisis resolution, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in construction management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to close-out.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to determine project specifications.

• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.

• Secure necessary permits and licenses.

• Ensure compliance with all building and safety regulations.

• Schedule key deliverables and track progress against milestones.

• Estimate costs and ensure the project remains within budget.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers.

• Report regularly on project progress.

• Identify and resolve potential issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Project Management certification preferred but not required.

• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes.

• Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Projects, and construction management software.

• Ability to break large projects into smaller, manageable tasks.

• Proven track record as a collaborative team player.
