 What You’ll Be Doing

As our Lead Service Technician , you’ll be the go-to expert in the field — taking on complex service calls, guiding junior techs, and ensuring high-quality standards every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings
• Diagnose issues using tools such as an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment
• Perform routine maintenance checks and emergency service on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Mentor apprentices & junior techs with hands-on guidance
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs
• Communicate with clients to explain issues, options, and recommendations in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service and installation work
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices
• Maintain accurate digital reports & service tickets
• Keep your service vehicle stocked, clean, and organized

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years HVAC service experience (commercial preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification required | NATE a plus
• Strong diagnostic & troubleshooting skills
• Proven leadership & communication — lead by example
• Ability to mentor & motivate team members
• Valid driver’s license, clean record
• Willingness to rotate on-call shifts (nights/weekends as needed)
• Comfort with dispatch software & mobile tech a plus
