Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Hybrid Model | Bronx, NY
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually ($38.46–$43.27/hour)
Location: Bronx, NY (Hybrid Work Model- Once in a month if needed)

Important Note:
Applicants must already be enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid in New York . A snapshot or proof of enrollment is required at the time of submission.

Position Overview:
Join a compassionate and collaborative behavioral health team serving the Bronx community. As an LCSW, you will provide therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and care coordination to promote client wellness and recovery in a hybrid setting.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide individual and group therapy

• Perform crisis assessments and triage services

• Facilitate care coordination and community referrals

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Support holistic client wellness and recovery goals

✅ Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

• Active LCSW license in New York (NY)

• 1–2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting

• Must be enrolled in NY Medicare/Medicaid (proof required)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

• Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule (in-office presence a few times per month)
