Serco is seeking a Regional Manager – East to support the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program upon contract award.
The Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) initiative is the Army’s investment in Soldier Readiness. The H2F Alternate Program Manager (APM) is responsible for collaborating with the Program Manager (PM) in the contract’s overall performance, achieving performance standards, workforce management, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and quality control. As such, the H2F Alternate Program Manager shall have full authority to act for PM (in his/her absence) and Serco on all contract matters relating to this contract’s daily operation. This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Strength and Conditioning Coach and Cognitive Performance Specialist teams who provide Soldiers within a Brigade a comprehensive understanding of strength, conditioning, and performance optimization through training plans and one-on-one coaching.
- Oversee the daily operations of services in a defined region including locations around the globe and geographically dispersed personnel.
- Perform additional tasks other than supervising include training personnel and ensuring policies and procedures are followed to meet client needs. Experience
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and region service statistics and maintains working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Report to the Program Manager and assists in implementing H2F services across military installations.
- Be able to communicate effectively, have supervisory experience, be observant of others, and respond to inquiries of a complex nature. Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- The ability to pass a NACI (Tier 1) to obtain access to U.S. Government facilities and systems.
- A bachelor’s degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of experience supervising teams across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of the workplace, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs.
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Office.
- The ability to work well with TSMs and staff.
- The ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- The ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required.
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Active NACI.
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) (preferred).
- Experience managing human performance optimization teams (preferred).
- Familiarity with the military culture and customs (preferred).
- Experience as a Government contractor (preferred)

In compliance with Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $109,087.51 to $177,266.91; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Salary range: The range for this position can be found at the top of this posting. This range is provided as a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate across all experience levels. Actual base salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the scope of the role, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, education and training, key skills, and geographic market considerations. For roles available in multiple states, the range may vary to reflect differences in local labor markets. In addition to base salary, eligible positions may include other forms of compensation such as annual bonuses or long-term incentive opportunities.
