Shift: Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x7.5)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter I to support full-cycle recruitment efforts in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top healthcare professionals while collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Coordinate and facilitate the requisition and hiring process
- Assist with onboarding activities, including background checks, education verification, and new hire requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and talent sources
- Attend recruitment events such as career fairs and networking events
- Support and mentor junior team members, including Employment Coordinators
- Ensure timely and cost-effective hiring processes
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruiting or placement experience, or equivalent experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting candidates
- Ability to generate high-quality candidates in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
