Procurement Analyst (In-Office position)

This role goes beyond transactional purchasing. You will actively support manufacturer bids, deal registrations, and new business opportunities across key partners such as HP, HPE, Lenovo, and other strategic vendors, helping Sales pursue competitive pricing while ensuring compliance with manufacturer program requirements.

What You Will Do:
- Source IT hardware, software, and licensing through approved distributors and vendor partners
- Support bid submissions, special pricing requests, and vendor program requirements
- Support manufacturer bids, deal registrations, and special pricing requests for new and existing business
- Assist Sales and Sales Operations with pre-sales sourcing, competitive pricing, and product availability
- Validate bid and deal registration compliance prior to order placement
- Track bid approvals, expirations, and pricing commitments to ensure alignment with sales orders
- Flag pricing changes, manufacturer restrictions, or margin risks early in the sales cycle
- Identify sourcing alternatives when standard options are unavailable or cost-prohibitive
- Partner with Sales Ops to ensure procurement readiness for new programs, bids, or verticals
What you should have:
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sales operations, or operational support
- Experience supporting bids, deal registrations, or special pricing
- Exposure to IT hardware, software, and licensing models
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active opportunities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify issues early and follow them through to resolution
