We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

We’re looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to ensure that marketing campaigns are flawlessly executed, data-driven, and optimized to drive both new logo pipeline and cross-sell growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Operations, Demand Gen, Cross Sell and SDR teams to bring integrated campaigns to life—from ideation to execution to reporting. If you’re a systems-minded marketer who loves optimizing workflows, building efficient campaign infrastructure, and helping turn strategy into measurable impact, this role is for you.

What you will do

  • Campaign Enablement: Collaborate with GTM and Content Marketing teams on campaign briefs, translating strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
  • Landing Page Management: Build, maintain and test campaign landing pages, improving performance and ensuring consistent lead pipelines to SDRs.
  • Email & Audience Management: Set up campaign emails, create and segment target audiences, and measure performance across email programs to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve pipeline or data flow blockages across marketing systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, CMS).
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain campaign dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights on performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.
  • Webinar Operations: Manage end-to-end webinar logistics, including speaker coordination, dry runs, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Sales to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve marketing workflows, campaign setup processes, and data hygiene to enhance marketing efficiency and scale.

What you will need

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Demand Generation, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.), and landing page/CMS tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of campaign architecture, data flows, and marketing funnel dynamics.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset—comfortable working across teams to make things happen.
