Remote Relief Hotline Advocate - Crisis Support & Safety
A non-profit organization is seeking a remote Relief Statewide Hotline Advocate who is empathetic and compassionate. The role requires strong active listening and crisis de-escalation skills to support individuals in crisis. Responsibilities include answering the Florida Domestic Violence hotline, providing advocacy, and connecting callers to appropriate services. Flexible scheduling is a must.
