As a vital member of our team, you will ensure that every customer interaction is positive and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and suggest improvements where needed.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing customer issues.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with relocation assistance provided.
