Role Overview

Adobe Services Delivery partners with enterprise customers to accelerate digital transformation by delivering prescriptive strategy, thought leadership, and consultative workshops powered by Adobe Digital Experience Cloud. Digital Strategists lead high‑impact engagements that help customers define, operationalize, and scale their digital marketing and personalization capabilities and help them elevate and chart their digital transformation journeys.

Required Experience

  • Prior experience in a strategy consulting role
  • 2+ years of experience delivering strategy and implementation services involving three or more of the following Adobe Digital Experience Cloud solutions in large‑scale enterprise digital marketing implementations:
    • Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign
    • Adobe Real‑Time CDP or Audience Manager
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Adobe Target
    • Adobe Experience Platform
    • GenStudio
Workshop & Thought Leadership Development:

  • Design and build original, repeatable workshops focused on enterprise digital marketing transformation using Adobe DX technologies.
  • Create strategic assets including POVs, frameworks, maturity models, operating models, and roadmaps tied directly to Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
  • Expand existing Adobe‑led workshops across industries by harvesting insights, analyzing customer data, and evolving deliverables.
  • Author thought leadership (proposals, frameworks, white papers, and presentations) centered on Adobe Digital Experience Cloud, AI‑driven personalization, and enterprise marketing transformation.

Workshop & Thought Leadership Execution:

  • Lead high‑quality, consultative workshops with exceptional executive presence.
  • Engage C‑suite and senior leaders through compelling storytelling narratives that connect Adobe DX solutions to drive action and change.
  • Lead customers to strategic technology‑enabled solutions to address their business challenges using prescriptive methodologies, tools, frameworks, and high-quality deliverables and roadmaps focused on Adobe Experience Cloud platforms.
  • Identify and surface new Strategy & Readiness Services opportunities during customer engagements.
  • Apply a cross-discipline, entrepreneurial perspective, capable of alternating between topics and adapting conversations, leading customers to prescriptive solutions.
  • Author compelling, high quality deliverables, and present them to a multitude of high-level leadership audiences including C-Suites.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience driving digital transformation initiatives as a trusted adviser.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe DX technologies, operating models, and activation strategies.
  • Experience in crafting digital strategies, along with an understanding of how to translate these into the technologies and tactics needed to operationalize them.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage and encourage both senior executives as well as technical leaders.
  • Ability to adapt and navigate around rapidly changing meeting dynamics and topics.
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
  • A creative strategist and problem solver able to absorb new complex and ambiguous concepts quickly and convert them into digestible and navigable solutions.
  • Big 4 or Management Consulting background preferred, but not essential.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,000 -- $227,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $157,100 - $227,450 In New York, the pay range for this position is $157,100 - $227,450

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
