Grover Personalized Longevity Medicine is a physician-led longevity and personalized medicine practice seeking an additional Patient Services Representative to join our team.

This role works alongside our existing PSR to support patient scheduling, communication, and wellness room operations. The position supports both medical visits and wellness services. We are looking for someone who values precision, accountability, and a calm, service-oriented approach in a structured medical environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• In-office position
• Flexibility for one adjusted weekday schedule may be considered based on performance and operational needs

Core Responsibilities

• Confidently manage scheduling and task routing within the EHR
• Professionally handle incoming calls and patient communication
• Accurately relay provider messages and maintain documentation standards
• Support check-in and check-out processes
• Assist patients with purchase of vitamins/supplements
• Prepare and reset wellness room between clients with attention to detail
• Provide occasional document and electronic fax support when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Strong proficiency navigating Electronic Health Records
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfort working in a structured, physician-led practice
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
