OPEN CALL (All FOH & BOH Positions) – Moby’s East Hampton 2026 Season
Moby’s is back for the season.
We are hosting an OPEN CALL in NYC for all Front of House and Back of House positions for our East Hampton location (341 Pantigo Road, just off the road to Montauk).
Set in a restored 1880s property, Moby’s has become a summer staple: high volume, high energy, and a team that knows how to move. Long nights, full gardens, big tables, and a room that’s alive from open to close.
The food is coastal Italian, wood-fired pizza, pasta, and seasonal dishes, built for the way people actually want to eat in the summer. If you want to be part of a serious team and a busy season, come meet us.

When: Tuesday April 21st & Wednesday April 22nd
Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Where: Brass in The Evelyn Hotel (7 E 27th St, New York, NY)

Note: Weekend availability through Labor Day is an absolute must for all positions. Compensation Details
Compensation: Competitive Hourly ($11.35 - $25.00+ depending on role/minimums) plus tips where applicable.
