Property Maintenance Manager Responsibilities / Qualifications
» 10+ years’ practice in property maintenance space
»Able to manage a small team in the maintenance of Developer’s portfolio of residential and commercial assets
» practiced with general construction and the common subcontractor trades
»Proven practice in pricing out small projects to award to subcontractors
»Proven management capability of small teams
»Able to communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
»Computer savvy, can write articulate emails
»Clean license
»Must live in Dutchess County, NY
