Production Associate ($18-20/hr.) Overview

Support production by processing garments and materials, ensuring quality, and assisting across multiple work areas as needed.

• Inspect garments and transfers for quality
• Press components onto garments
• Count, pack, and label items accurately
• Follow work orders and production procedures
• Complete production logs and quality records
• Use tools (picker, ruler guides, scales)
• Move and organize materials, products, and pallets
• Keep workstations stocked and organized
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely
• Learn production machines and printing equipment
• Cross-train in different production areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, PPE, attendance, and phone policies

• Production / general labor experience
• Basic manufacturing knowledge
• Attention to detail and inspection skills

• Previous manufacturing or garment production experience
• Quality control experience

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

  • 2nd: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liverpool, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
