Assembler - Electronic II

Fuel your passion The Assembler - Electronic II is supporting manufacturing operations by assembling, soldering, testing, and inspecting electronic and mechanical components to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role is contributing to operational excellence by interpreting technical documentation, following established procedures, and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process. As an Assembler - Electronic II, you will be responsible for:
- Performing component assembly of circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, chassis wiring assemblies, and mechanical assemblies.
- Mounting and soldering electronic components, wiring harnesses, connectors, and mechanical assemblies according to specifications.
- Conducting in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
- Performing high- and low-temperature soldering activities while adhering to manufacturing requirements.
- Utilizing hand tools and assembly equipment to complete production tasks safely and efficiently.
- Identifying and reading values of common electronic components to support accurate assembly.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and electronic schematics.
- Applying advanced soldering and wire crimping techniques to support product reliability.
- Fabricating, routing, and terminating wire cable harnesses according to engineering requirements.
- Following safety, quality, and operational procedures to support manufacturing excellence.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Have 2+ years of experience in electronic or electromechanical assembly.
- Have experience performing soldering and wire crimping activities.
- Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematics.
- Have knowledge of electronic components and their applications.
- Have experience fabricating and terminating wire cable harnesses.
- Have strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Have the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment while meeting production requirements.
