The Opportunity:
A real estate development and asset management firm is searching of a Property Accountant to join their growing team. In this role you'll maintain and manage accurate financials for a portfolio of their residential properties. Reporting to the Controller, you'll support property and asset managers in reviewing and preparing monthly variance reports, and Tenant Billing reports. You'll also monitor the AR & AP process, and provide support for upcoming accounting projects.
Note this opportunity requires you to work 5 days a week in office.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of property accounting – residential preferred.
- Upbeat and positive attitude; willingness to learn/collaborate
- Strong use of MRI, as well as Excel (i.e. V-lookups, Pivot tables, sum-ifs)
