Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care techniques and trends, along with exceptional customer service skills. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in various nail treatments and ability to connect with customers will be key to enhancing their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable nail colors and designs to clients.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance techniques.
- Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, or body waxing when appropriate.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles related to nail care.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with dermabrasion techniques is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
