We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Brooklyn, New York, this role involves supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:• Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling correspondence and maintaining records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Organize and maintain office files and documentation for easy accessibility.
• Perform accurate data entry to update and manage internal systems.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings, ensuring timely communication with relevant parties.
• Assist with receptionist duties, greeting visitors and addressing inquiries.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative operations.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and directing them effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on detail-oriented work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Previous experience with receptionist duties is a plus.
