Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or equivalent.
- Experience in child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice settings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to promoting organization’s values and mission.
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and record-keeping.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
Qualifications
- LMSW or LCSW licensing preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience as a therapist preferred.
- Experience with clinical supervision and team management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in child welfare standards and practices.
- Strong clinical skills with adolescents and families.
- Ability to provide 24/7 support as needed.
