PTO: 3 weeks Job Details Position: Real Estate Attorney
- An Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Real Estate Lending/Lender-side experience. The ideal candidate should also have experience representing commercial banks making complex commercial loans. If you have experience handling affordable housing transactions, that is a PLUS!
- 3-5 years of Transactional Real Estate Lending experience
- Experience representing Banks
- Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey is a PLUS
- Experience with one of the following:
2)AND/OR Experience with Affordable Housing Transactions, which includes:
- Experience with deals financed directly with a 1) bank construction loan or 2) bank letter of credit (LOC) securing bonds issued by HDC or HFA bonds.
