Form Carpenter
We are seeking experienced Form Carpenters to join our team. This role is responsible for constructing, installing, and removing concrete formwork for commercial construction projects. Candidates should be skilled in reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and working efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and set forms for concrete structures (walls, slabs, columns, footings)
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal form systems
- Ensure forms are level, plumb, and properly aligned
- Strip forms after concrete is poured and cured
- Work closely with laborers, operators, and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
