What You’ll Do:

• Ensure accurate recordkeeping in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, including managing general journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts efficiently and on time.
• Process payroll with precision and manage quarterly and year-end tax filings.
• Prepare monthly financial statements to provide essential insights into business performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with general ledger systems and accounting tools like QuickBooks or similar software.
• Advanced Excel skills , including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced formulas.
• A proactive, independent problem-solver who’s passionate about accuracy in financial reporting.
