Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Scotia, NY 12302 (Onsite)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support client accounts from order placement through production and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, enjoys coordinating details, and is committed to delivering a positive customer experience. While the position includes some billing-related support, the primary emphasis is on customer service and job coordination. Key Responsibilities • Customer Service & Client Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers with questions related to orders, pricing, timelines, and delivery
• Provide timely, clear, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in internal systems
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service
• Print Production & Order Coordination
• Coordinate print and promotional product orders from entry through production and fulfillment
• Communicate job details clearly with internal production teams
• Monitor job progress and provide updates to customers as needed
• Troubleshoot order or production issues to support on-time delivery Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
• Experience in a manufacturing, print, or production environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
